As well as being very much a generalist she has developed a special interest in women’s health. She has diplomas from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and The Faculty of Sexual Health and Reproductive Medicine. She is fully qualified to provide
coil and nexplanon services. Her experience in private medicine has shown her that having longer consultation times and more efficiency within a system can really benefit patients.

She undertook her GP training in Kent and gained her MRCGP qualification in 2001. She has worked as GP partner, a GP locum and a family planning doctor in the NHS. In 2012 she had an opportunity to work in an internationally accredited private medical clinic in Hong Kong for 4 years. Due to family reasons Caroline returned to Lincoln in 2016.
